Weddings At Maple Grove


Maple Grove is the perfect venue for your outdoor family wedding. We are committed to helping you create the wedding day of your dreams and are happy to assist during the planning process. Our wedding package includes three nights accommodation in our luxurious guest house for the Bride and Groom as well as two nights camping for your guests. Our gazebo on the pond is a beautiful setting for your ceremony and the large maples offer shade from the sun for your guests.

 

Maple Grove has a stunning natural backdrop for all of your photography with no need to leave the property. After your ceremony, guests can stroll along a country trail to our private campground and enjoy many activities while waiting for your reception to begin. We provide all tables and chairs, washroom facilities, covered seating areas, dance floor, bar station and so much more. We want to help make planning your perfect day as stress free as possible and we are available to assist in anyway we can.

 

Upon arrival of the happy couple the festivities will continue in our 70 x 30' Reception Hall, furnished with decorations, tables and chairs with room for 175 guests. Our Cook House is perfect for your caterer or get the family together and create your own feast. Celebrate and dance into the night on our new dance floor surrounded by family and friends. Newlywed's Accommodation

Our 2 bedroom 1500 square foot Bed and Breakfast suite is the ideal place for the Bride and Groom to get a luxurious, relaxed start to their new life together. Stay the night before your wedding and the night of your wedding, both are included in your wedding package. Comfort and privacy abound in your stand-alone suite with luxury bedding, and fine furnishings. The perfect place to begin your Honeymoon.

 

Enjoy massage therapy, a soak in the claw foot tub, or just relax by the pond with a good book. We are excited to offer an in-room espresso machine and gourmet breakfast served hot at your convenience. Prepared by our award-winning chef, our guests can choose our deluxe continental or order from our á la Carte menu. Our guest suite is set far apart from the host's residence and was newly constructed in March 2009. The suite is as allergy-free as possible (no pets allowed) and we only clean with Earth-friendly products. Nestled in the Cowichan Valley near Duncan, BC, Canada.

 

 

 

Guest Campground Accommodations

 

Two nights guest camping is included in the Weekend Wedding package. Your guests really get a chance to relax and mingle with relatives they havent seen in awhile in this laid back atmosphere. Bring both families together over a game of bocee or let guests tell favorite childhood stories around our firepit area.
